Instead of feeling like a misfit I now understand that what I am is great, just have been trying to fit into the wrong environment with the wrong people and have been working for exactly the sort of bosses that the report has said to stay away from. Thank you so much for this. You can't imagine how relieved I feel to read something not only so accurate but so supportive. Its given me my confidence back to be the worldbeater I always knew I was!
