I enjoyed the contributions and was impressed by the people attending.
We mostly involved ourself with how to land your dream job, everything from what to do and how to persuade people to let you do it.
We also touched on how to get headhunted.
Everyone shared their experience and ideas which really made this a dynamic event.

I really appreciate the effort you are putting in to try and make a difference, believe me it is appreciated. Too many times I have sent off a resume knowing that I was a good fit, and nothing , it has gone into the proverbial black hole which seems to be many recruiters … I once worked for a short period in recruiting, and with this particular company (I know it is not the norm ?) it was all about closing and getting someone in … it didn’t matter one thing if they were a good fit from a skills, knowledge let alone a cultural fit
